This article describes the methods of training the quality of strength in 13-14-year-old track and field athletes. In the work, it was emphasized that the age characteristics of students are important in training the quality of strength. In addition, it is reflected the possibility of training other qualities by training the quality of strength from physical qualities. in the process of training the quality of strength, the collection of information about learning theoretical knowledge and effective implementation of practical exercises through them, teaching theoretical and practical knowledge of the basics of sports training by using pedagogical technologies is reflected.
